PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Baby braves the cold! Mother-of-two Chelsea Clinton bundles up against the New York chill to take seven-month-old son Aidan out for a stroll

  • Chelsea, 36, was spotted out in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood with her son
  • The two were both bundled up in puffer coats, while Aidan hung from a baby carrier on her chest
  • The mother-of-two kissed him repeatedly on the head and pointed things out to him in store windows

While incoming first daughter Ivanka Trump has been caught smiling for the paparazzi while leaving her home nearly every day these past few months, former first daughter Chelsea Clinton has kept a lower profile.

But the 36-year-old was spotted on Thursday while out for a stroll in New York City with her seven-month-old son Aidan, who has been even more elusive in the media.

The mother-of-two was bundled up to face the cold, dressing her little one in a similarly snug puffer coat.

Out and about: Chelsea Clinton was spotted out in New York City on Thursday morning

Bonding time: The 36-year-old was with her seven-month-old son Aidan, and she playfully pointed things out to the little guy

Matching: Chelsea and Aidan were both bundled up in puffer jackets and booties (though very different kinds)

Chelsea and her husband Marc Mezvinsky welcomed Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky on June 18, making a big sister of their two-year-old daughter Charlotte.

The family has released a few photos of Aidan — including one with Bill and Hillary looking on lovingly — but he's rarely been seen out and about.

This morning, Chelsea threw on skinny jeans, black boots, and a black puffer coat to step out into the Manhattan chill with her little guy, leaving the stroller at home and opting to carry him in a baby carrier on her chest.

She walked around Chelsea, the neighborhood which shares her name and is a short walk from her Gramercy apartment.

Keep cozy like Chelsea with a Bogner coat

Chelsea Clinton was spotted out in New York with her son Aidan. The busy mom was keeping the chilly winter breeze at bay with a stylish outfit.

Wearing skinny blue jeans tucked into her black leather ankle boots, she opted for a red and navy striped jumper and a chic Bogner down coat.

We love Bogner's iconic ski wear and they are known for their ultra warm and stylish ready-to-wear too!

We love the Michael Kors pick and the Cole Haan looks ultra plush and cozy.

Pair with skinny jeans and a bold scarf for chic winter wear!

She also took a phone call as her son stayed safely strapped to her chest

A stroll: She was seen walking around Chelsea, which is near her apartment in Gramercy

Aidan wore a bright blue puffer over what appeared to be a striped onesie, finishing off with cute booties and a snug cap to keep his head warm.

Chelsea held her son close as she walked down the street, burying her face in his cap and showering him with kisses.

She smiled as she took a phone call at one point, and also engaged her son by pointing out things in store windows. The former First Daughter seemed to prefer walking instead of taking a cab or chauffeured car, and even went without security detail.

Meanwhile, up north on Park Avenue, Ivanka Trump was caught by a paparazzi crew of her own as she left Trump Tower to take her three-year-old son Joseph to school.

Where's Arabella? Ivanka Trump was also pictured leaving her apartment today to get her son Joseph to school

Happier times: Chelsea, her husband, and their kids were pictured together on Election Day

Flashback: The two seemed happy and hopeful at the time given Hillary's odds

While she wore a coat, she faced the cold with bare legs and heels as she carried Joseph's cute orange backpack to a waiting car.

Chelsea's parents are also in New York City, and dined last night at the midtown restaurant Milos with actors Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen.

Both Clintons ignored questions from a TMZ reporter as they walked out to a waiting car in the rain, though Bill asked Ted and Mary if they needed a ride home before stepping into the SUV with his wife.

Ted did reveal that his wife Mary picked up the check for the high-end seafood meal before the two turned away from the cameras.
