Headed for the jailhouse? Cody Simpson celebrates turning 20 by dancing to Elvis Presley with a beer in hand... despite not having reached the legal drinking age in United States

Upon reaching the milestone age on Thursday, Simpson took to Instagram to share a video of him singing Elvis Presley's 'Jailhouse Rock' with his 3.2 million followers.

And while his performance was impressive, the jailhouse may just be where Simpson ends up should his video be seen by Police in Los Angeles - where the legal drinking age is 21.

'Growing older but def not up,' the talented singer wrote alongside the video.

Simpson's efforts drew rapturous laughter from a girl friend behind the camera, while a male mate joined in the performance.
