The actress flaunted her slender arms and perfect cleavage in a gorgeous front-buttoned dress, which she matched with a pair of grey pumps.

One of the first orders of business was to sign the front of her dazzling cover shot, in which she rocks an equally revealing gold sequinned top.

Despite her undeniable confidence, the model admitted inside she was a 'late bloomer'.

'As a little girl, I was really chubby,' she told the magazine about her life growing up. 'I don't think kids know anything about diet, so I'm sure I was eating whatever I wanted to.

Grew into her looks: Despite her undeniable confidence, the model admitted inside she was a 'late bloomer'

Chunky: 'As a little girl, I was really chubby,' she told the magazine about her life growing up. 'I don't think kids know anything about diet, so I'm sure I was eating whatever I wanted to

'And on top of that I was not athletic. I was definitely more into the arts, and I was a late bloomer.'

Things changed for Olivia after she experienced a 'crazy growth spurt'.

'I looked like a completely different person,' she remarked of that transformation.

Olivia got her start in modelling at age 18, but it was initially a bumpy start to for the future beauty queen, who admitted to taking some risks in order to get her career started.

Golden girl: She sizzled on the cover of the magazine in a plunging sequin top

'I had to go to the agency and basically beg them to take me,' she said. 'They told me I needed to give them a check for $30, and I had no money, so I had to steal a check from my parents. My agency told me not to do the pageant; they thought it was tacky. My parents felt the same way. They thought it was vain.'

But the risk paid off, and Olivia was crowned Miss USA and Miss Universe in 2012.

Olivia showed off modelling chops in the pages of the magazine, in which she rocks a see-through black dress that clings to her hourglass physique.

Better late than never: 'And on top of that I was not athletic. I was definitely more into the arts, and I was a late bloomer.'

Walking poolside in another image, Olivia looked gorgeous in a ruffled polka dot dress that flashed her gym-honed legs.

She also models a beautiful white lace blouse teamed with a ruffled striped skirt that has a thigh-high slit.

Olivia is more than just a model of course, and has been building herself into a fashion influencer and even trying out acting.

The star also discussed how she deals with online bullying.

'I genuinely believe that people who are putting themselves out there to make other people feel bad are in a worse-off place than you are,' she explained. 'I try to just think of it as not even being real.

'Because a lot of times, these people are just kids behind a computer screen or just really sad, suffering people, and I don’t want to judge them. Their opinion doesn’t have much merit anyway.'

Taking the plunge: Giving the camera a sultry expression, Culpo was a sight to behold

But the star, who has amassed over a million Instagram followers so far, has other goals for herself.

The model said she 'absolutely' wants to get marry and start a family - 'not right now, though' - and cited businesswomen/mothers Jessica Alba and Rachel Zoe as women she admires.

'Just women who are absolutely killing it in their businesses and in their brand, but also have time to have a husband and children and maintain that privacy.'

Olivia was the first American to become Miss Universe since 1997.

Prior to becoming Miss Rhode Island, Olivia did not have experience in the pageant world.

'I still can't wrap my head around it,' she told Wall Street Journal in 2013 of being crowned Miss Universe. 'I decided to do the pageant, I was studying communications and acting at Boston University.

'I wanted to experience some stage performance, and this was something that was going to take me out of my comfort zone, and I did pretty well.

'I don't know how I got here. It's pretty surreal.'

Heaven on earth! The star struck an angelic note in her beautiful white dress knotted at the waist with a black belt
