She is using her tremendous success to bring attention to much more than just her music.

And on Thursday, Demi Lovato took to Instagram to share a breathtaking photo of herself - wearing full African Maasai garb and bead work - with her whopping 52.1m followers.

The 24-year-old hit-maker looked overjoyed as she posed for the picture, taken during an off-moment on her volunteer trip working on behalf of the We organization at the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

The Skyscraper songstress had her brunette tresses styled functionally into two tight french braids.

She accessorized with a colorful Maasai beaded headband and matching earrings, traditionally handmade by the women of the ethnic group of southern Kenya.

According to Discovered, the colors the women used for Demi's headband each have meaning, and indicate that they see her as pure (white), hospitable (blue), and brave (red).

Demi was radiant as she wore the vibrant attire of the tribe over her khaki volunteer clothing and added several colorful beaded necklaces.

On her Snapchat story, the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter could be seen goofing off with the other volunteers on the trip.

The group sang Rihanna songs together such as Work and Needed Me, to the amusement of their bus driver.
