Victoria's Secret Angel Sara Sampaio sizzles in strapless black gown before slipping into sheer blue lace skirt for Alberta Ferretti show during Milan Men's Fashion Week

She enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway in Mexico last month.

And Sara Sampaio certainly had a post-holiday glow as she hit the catwalk for the Alberta Ferretti Autumn Winter 2017 show during Milan Men's Fashion Week on Friday.

The Victoria's Secret Angel, 25, looked impossibly chic as she strutted her stuff in an opulent strapless black gown, before flaunting her lean limbs in a lacy blue skirt.

It may be Men's Fashion Week in Milan, Italy, but Alberta Ferretti's design house decided to show their Fall/Winter 2017 collection for womenswear during the event.

It was an unconventional more and we like what we saw. Everything from intarsia sweaters bearing the names of days of the week to red carpet ready dresses with ornate embroidery to velvet pieces in autumnal hues graced the runway and has us looking forward to next season!

One of our favorite looks was this elegant strapless gown with a beaded bodice, silky column skirt and peplum design. It was styled with matching sheer opera length gloves for an luxe finish.

The Portugese model oozed Old Hollywood class in the beaded black peplum top, which she teamed with sheer embroidered gloves.

Her raven tresses were styled in loose waves that effortlessly framed her striking features, which she highlighted with subtle make-up. 

Her next outfit from the Italian fashion house had a more irreverent air, featuring a canary yellow jumper emblazoned with the word 'Thursday'. 

Showcasing her supermodel pins, Sara teamed the knit with a floor-length blue skirt that was entirely sheer - concealing her modesty with some blue pants.

Sara has been jet-setting recently, and posted a shot of herself showing off her pert posterior in a brightly coloured bikini in Tulum, Mexico, in December. 

With her brown hair worn loose down her back in loose beachy waves, Sara stands looking at the sandy beach and blue ocean while standing in a pool full of water.

Sporting minimal make-up, the model can't resist a cheeky look over her shoulder towards the camera.

In another shot, the star is seen sitting in her hotel with a white cover-up with her hair worn long and partially braided.

Although Sara is now a darling of the modelling world, the brunette beauty recently revealed it hasn't been a smooth road to success. 

She told Women's Fitness: 'Even though I was shooting catalog for Victoria's Secret it still took me three tries to get the Victoria's Secret fashion show and almost 4 years to become an angel.'

Sharing her fitness regime, she added: 'I try to work out about 3 to 4 times a week, and I like to change up my workouts.

'If I’m by the ocean I love to swim or surf, so for me it is really about changing it up and making it fun.'
