Kim Zolciak boasts about 'perfect' silhouette... but has she used digital trickery to slim her waist and thighs?

She's never been one to go for the natural look - using plastic surgery to create the body of her dreams.

But while she has no qualms about going under the knife, Kim Zolciak appears to have resorted to the considerably less painful option of digital trickery to craft her latest Instagram post.

The reality star posted an image of herself wearing a body fitting velour tracksuit, which highlighted her Barbie-like figure.

Everyone from Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to Kylie Jenner has tried over the years to revive the Juicy Couture tracksuit trend. But it's officially back now that Vetements has said so!

The reality television superstar revisited the early 2000's (a glorious time) wearing this reboot of the Juicy Couture tracksuit--pairing the matching velour top tucked into the high waisted track pants.

Love them or hate them, you can't deny that velour tracksuits are very snuggly and in the case of this one on Kim-- figure flattering too.

Something fishy! Fans pointed out areas where they thought Kim's figure had been digitally slimmed, which have been circled by DailyMail.com

In the Instagram photo her waist appears narrower than her face and the top of the top int eh background is especially white approaching her body

But Kim's slim waist appeared to have been reduced even further to give her cartoonish proportions.

Fans were quick to point out the amateurish signs of some home Photoshopping, with the window ledge appearing a different shade of white as it came into contact with her waist - suggesting it had been altered.

A sliver of flesh also appeared to have been trimmed from the inside of her legs to ensure she had a sizeable thigh gap.

Kim's fans immediately pulled her up on the changes they spotted - which were even more noticeable when comparing her Instagram pictures to stills from a Snapchat video of her in the outfit.

Angelica_celeste_johnson wrote: 'THAT IS MANIPULATED come onnnnnnn she wouldn't even be able to breathe with that kind of body geez so fake. Sorry. Not trying to be mean.'

And Ginasmm said: 'That thigh gap looks way too big. It doesn't look normal...'

Oh well! Kim, 38, isn't likely to be too put out by the discussion about her body, with the attention loving mother-of-five always happy to be talked about 

Not that Kim mentioned any Photoshopping in her caption, instead focusing on the $2,000 tracksuit she had been sent - a collaboration between Juicy Couture and Vetements.

'Never been happier!!' the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star gushed, 'Does it get any better then this!

Still, Kim, 38, isn't likely to be too put out by the discussion about her body, with the attention loving mother-of-five always happy to be talked about.

And while she may have resorted to some digital alterations, that's nothing compared to the medical procedures she's previously used.

Kim makes frequent trips to the doctors office, where she has filler injected into her lips to plump up her pout, and her bottom to smooth out any dimples.

She has also admitted getting Botox (which she explained was initially for migraines), breast augmentation and a tummy tuck (which also fixed a hernia).

However the one thing she denies is rhinoplasty, with Kim instead insisting her nose has always been perfect.
