Taking the high road! Gerard Butler goes on hike with ex-girlfriend Morgan Brown...two months after it was claimed they called it quits

It was reported they had split in November. 

But on Friday, Gerard Butler was spotted on an evening stroll with his apparent ex-girlfriend, Morgan Brown. 

The former couple were enjoying a quiet night hike in Malibu.

Even in the middle of winter, the two braved the cold for a bit of fresh air.

Gerard, 47, wore a grey and blue hoodie, jeans, a hat, and brown sneakers as he strolled on the pavement. 

Morgan, meanwhile, sported a beige jacket, grey top, and tight jeans that were tucked into her boots. 

She wore her hair down and accessorized with a large pair of hoop earrings.

The pair seemed relaxed and content, nearly two months since Page Six reported they had called it quits. 

A source told the publication: 'Girls throw themselves at him. It’s hard for him to constantly say, "No. Get away from me. I have a girlfriend."' 

Gerard and Morgan started dating in May 2014 following his split from Romanian model Madalina Ghenea, 27, the previous year.

The couple are believed to have reunited in April following a brief split earlier this year.

They were separated for months while Gerard traveled the globe promoting his movies London Has Fallen and Gods Of Egypt.

In June the couple took a dip together in the ocean while holidaying in Hawaii.
