In the hot seat: Rupert Grint was more than happy to step into the limelight once again as he promoted his up-coming Crackle series, Snatch

Rupert - whose last major outing on screen was 2015's Moowalkers - looked to be in high spirits as he took to the stage.

The Harry Potter star cut a casual figure, opting to team a dark green plaid shirt with a black blazer, trousers and boots.

Wearing his red hair in a tousled and disheveled manner, the British actor also sports a scruff of red stubble on his jaw.

Joining Rupert at the event was Bryan Cranston, who was at the event to promote his animated comedy SuperMansion - which is aired on the Sony streaming service.

Cutting a dapper figure in a dark navy two piece suit, the 60-year-old actor finished his smart tailored look with a shirt and tie.

Rupert was also joined at the press conference by his Snatch co-star Luke Pasqualino, 26.

The two Brit stars play the lead roles Charlie Cavendish and Albert Hill in the action-packed crime caper.

Other household names attached to the project at this point in time are Dougray Scott, Ed Westwick and Tamer Hassan.

The show is scheduled to air on the Sony owned streaming service Crackle - currently unavailable in the UK.

Snatch will adopt a formula previously employed to great success by the makers of cult show Fargo by using a film of the same name as a jumping off point for a new range of characters and plot developments.

However unlike Fargo, which enjoyed critical and commercial acclaim after airing on FX and Channel 4, Snatch will be harder for British viewers to access.

Speaking to The Independent, a Crackle spokesperson said the show would likely air in Britain 'at some point, but it's too soon to say where yet.

'Similar to the programs produced by Sony Pictures Television, will be sold around the world by our international distribution team.'
