  • She said in a new interview that Melania is putting together a glam room for the White House
  • 'There will absolutely be a room designated for hair, makeup and wardrobe,' said Bryl
  • She also stated that the room would have 'perfect lighting' since that can 'make or break any look'
  • Melania will be a long-distance first lady after her husband is sworn in next week, spending most of her time in New York
  • She has said she does not want to remove her 11-year-old son Barron from school halfway through the year

Melania Trump has said very little about her plans once she becomes first lady next week, but in a new interview her makeup artist is revealing at least one change she will reportedly be making to the White House.

Nicole Bryl, who did Melania's makeup over the course of the campaign as well as Ivanka's on a few occasions, said in an interview with Stylish that a 'glam room' has been planned for the Trump family's new residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

'There will absolutely be a room designated for hair, makeup and wardrobe,' said Bryl.

'Melania wants a room with the most perfect lighting scenario, which will make our jobs as a creative team that much more efficient, since great lighting can make or break any look.'

Bryl did not share any further details about what the room would contain beyond the lighting.

A Trump spokesperson did not return a request for comment from DailyMail.com.

Master artist: The news of the glam room comes from Nicole Bryl (above), who has been doing Melania's makeup for over a decade

Bryl, who has now been with Melania for over a decade, did not say where exactly that room would be in the White House, though there is a boudoir for the first lady off the master bedroom.

The boudoir also connects to the master bathroom, which would make it a convenient spot for Melania to set up shop.

In the past, Jackie Kennedy and Nancy Reagan both used the boudoir as their dressing room.

It was originally a bedroom for the children of the president.

Once her husband takes office, Melania will only be flying down on weekends and holidays to be with him in the White House.

She has made it clear since November that she will be a long-distance first lady, wanting to see her 11-year-old son, Barron, finish out the school year in New York before she travels down to Washington DC.

And the entire Trump family will be on hand next Friday for the inauguration, with Bryl spilling a few details about what to expect from Melania on that day.

Fly the firendly skies: 'There will absolutely be a room designated for hair, makeup and wardrobe,' said Bryl (above preparing to board the Trump plane)

'There will be a meeting with the entire creative team to discuss the look for each given event for that day, as there will be several,' aid Bryl.

'Melania will absolutely let us know what she envisions for herself, since she always has such a strong and secure idea of how she likes things. It makes it that much easier for the rest of us to team together and execute her vision.'

Bryl also added that it is 'always a treat to be part of her impeccable beauty creation.'
