2DayFM 'under fire' after it's revealed new 'Sydney' breakfast show starring Em Rusciano will be broadcast from Melbourne after Sam Frost and Rove McManus gets dumped
First Rove McManus and Bachelorette Sam Frost were axed from 2DAY FM's breakfast slot after a rating's dip.
Now the radio station is said to be 'under fire' after it was revealed it's new 'Sydney' breakfast show will be broadcast from Melbourne.
The Em Rusciano Radio Show with Harley Breen, which replaces the Rove and Sam Show, will reportedly not be based in Sydney.

According to a Confidential story published Monday, the pair will be 'commuting' between their home bases Victoria and Sydney.
A source told the publication, 'It is really weird to have a Sydney breakfast show being done out of Melbourne. Sure, as a one off for a special event like the Logies but not ongoing.'
Em took to Instagram last week to express her excitement at being selected to host the coveted breakfast radio slot with Harley Breen.
'So BIG NEWS! These two d**kheads are hosting breakfast radio on @2dayfm this year!' the 37-year-old wrote on Instagram.

Em and Harley previously co-hosted a three week, 7am to 9am guest slot for the Hit Network as a trial run.
Gemma Fordham, the network's head of content, told news.com.au that 'the feedback we've received around Em and Harley has been incredible'.

The author also has her own podcast and previously hosted the The Em Rusciano Show on Sunday nights.

The Australian Idol alum will start in her breakfast slot on January 23.
Rove and Sam will host a nightly national show, which broadcasts Monday to Friday from 7pm to 8pm, from January 30th.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted 2DAY FM for comment.
