She's been having a fabulous time training for Channel 4's The Jump in Innsbruck, Austria.

And Vogue Williams proved all her hard work on the slopes was paying off as she shared a very saucy snap of her pert posterior on Saturday.

The Irish model, 31, sizzled as she showed off her incredible backside in a skin-tight racy bodysuit which bared her skimpy underwear and eye-catching backside.

Capturing the impressive, over the shoulder belfie with her phone, Vogue oozed sex appeal as showed off her peachy posterior.

With her long dip-dyed blonde locks tumbling down her back, the star topped off the eye-catching picture by sharing seductively at the camera lens.

'Working on the bumper beep beep, exercises for the tush on the agenda again today...all bronzed in my @sunkissselftan,' she cheekily captioned the snap.

Meanwhile, despite their intense schedule, Vogue and Spencer Matthews, 27, have taken their friendship to the next level as the former Made In Chelseastar playfully grabbed her breast in a hilarious Instagram video on Thursday.

Although lifting the Irish model horizontally alongside Jake Quickenden, the E4 favourite managed to get more than he bargained for as he cupped her boob while pouting at his pal during their après ski.

In a state of giggles, Vogue wrapped her arm around Spencer as the pair hoisted all of 5ft 10' of her in the air while she attempted to brush his hand off her chest.

The TV presenter donned all black for the occasion and still managed to flaunt her incredible gym-honed body in the compromising position, wearing her ripped knee denims.

Up to his old tricks, Spencer playfully puckered up his lips towards X Factor alum Jake, who looked bemused at the high jinx of the evening.

Documenting the tales of the evening, the Bachelor star captioned the fun snap: 'The three best friends that anyone can have.'

Appearing in jovial spirits, Vogue's giggling display comes following her recent split with Laurence Fox, who confirmed the break up to MailOnline last month.

The actor, 38, said: 'We're just really great mates. We have always just been good mates before [meeting on] Bear Grylls: Mission Survive and we continue to be really great mates.

'There's nothing else really to say, but we're just great friends.'

Meanwhile, Spencer has been dating 25-year-old model Morgane Robart, after they met in the Caribbean in December 2015, where his parents own the Eden Rock Hotel.

Aside from documenting their high jinx on social media, the pair join the likes of Robbie Fowler, Josie Gibson, Lydia Bright, Jason Robinson and Gareth Thomas for the upcoming show, which is set to air later this month.

The celebs are in for a challenge though, after stars suffered a series of horrific injuries in previous series - including actress Tina Hobley, 45, who admitted she's still struggling with the devastating injuries caused by her accident on the programme.

She told Hello: 'For much of the year I haven't been able to drive, dress, wash my hair or have a bath unaided. My daughter has had to help me put my clothes on.

'And for months at a time I haven't been able to take the kids to school, run errands, or do any of the things I love like yoga, cycling or walking any kind of distance. My injuries have had a huge impact on my life and on the family.'
