Adding a splash of colour in a pair of bright mustard flares, the fashion designer cut a chic figure.

And teaming it with a white cosy ribbed poloneck jumper, Victoria was well equipped for the rainy weather.

Despite the lack of sunshine, the brunette covered her face with a pair of oversized shades, taking them off as she browsed the store.

Get your knits out like Victoria

With the weather as cold as it outside right now, we are welcoming any kind of snuggly knitwear with open arms and it seems Victoria is feeling the same!

The star was spotted out shopping with her daughter Harper, and looked as chic as ever in an oversized jumper, sunshine bright trousers and a pair of killer heels. Its not the first time that VB has worn this hero knit either, as it was part of her AW15 collection and she has been spotted in it a couple of times since. We can’t blame her either as it looks majorly cosy while the puffed sleeve detail gives it a modern twist.

The jumper is no longer available but there are plenty of doppelganger buys available on the high street. Head to Miss Selfridge at House of Fraser for our favourite of the bunch – wear with colour pop trews like Victoria or simply match up with jeans and sneakers to brave the winter chill.

And she also gave advice to wives of footballers.

Speaking about the moment she met David, who she married in 1999, she said: 'And yes, love at first sight does exist.

'It will happen to you in the Manchester United players' lounge – although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy.'

She also revealed that the footballer still has the piece of paper she first wrote her phone number on, and that they had their first dates in carparks so as not to be discovered.

But it isn't all easy, as she added: 'I need to warn you: a lot of your time there will be really hard. I’m not afraid to say now what a horribly difficult time it was. People will say awful things.

'You will be a laughing stock. Every time you turn on the television or look at a newspaper it will seem as though someone is having a go at you and your family. '
