She just can’t change her spots! How Kate Moss has been wearing the same leopard print and LBD outfit combination for more than FIFTEEN YEARS
- Kate has been wearing a leopard print coat and LBD combination since 1999
- The 43-year-old even turned to her favourite outfit on her 40th birthday
- Supermodel has designed leopard-inspired clothes for Topshop and Equipment
She's certified fashion royalty, with more than 300 Vogue covers under her belt and a glittering career spanning almost three decades.
But despite her sartorial prowess, it appears Kate Moss prefers to play it safe when it comes to her own wardrobe - as she has been wearing the exact same outfit since the late nineties.
Fashion website Who What Wear reports that the supermodel has found her perfect outfit formula in the form of a leopard print coat thrown over an LBD - and she's stuck to the combination for almost 18 years.
Kate debuts her leopard print-and-LBD look at the Mondrian Hotel, Los Angeles, for a Jade Inc. Exhibit in November 1999. The supermodel was discovered in 1988, aged just 14
Kate, 43, has made the simple-but-sexy LBD her signature look - she famously 'never does mid-calf' - while the printed coat adds an edgy flourish.
The supermodel, who was scouted in 1988 aged just 14, was first pictured in a demure version of her go-to outfit at a party at the Mondrian Hotel Los Angeles in in 1999.
By then, she was already a bona fide style icon with campaigns with brands like Levi's under her belt, but the LBD-and-leopard-print look quickly became her go-to ensemble for nights out.
In September 2006 she stepped out in New York in an eye-wateringly short dress paired with a cropped leopard print coat as actress Winona Ryder showed her around.

And three years later, fresh from her wedding to rocker Jamie Hince, she showcased an oversized blazer style worn over a size-zip black mini and pointed courts.
The world's most prolific Vogue cover girl turned to her style staple once more in January 2014 when she celebrated her 40th birthday at London's 34 restaurant, ramping up the glamour with a figure-hugging satin number and patent platform boots.
And last year, she wore a longer, winter-appropriate variation of her favourite coat with faux fur lapels for a GQ Awards after-party in Primrose Hill.

Moss, who left Storm last year to set up her own modelling agency, has also sported subtle variations of her fail-safe outfit with coloured dresses, tights and her go-to black skinny jeans.
And her animal print obsession has featured heavily in her forays into fashion design, too; her collaboration with Equipment at Liberty included a £330 leopard print silk slip dress, while one of the stars from her Topshop collection was a grey leopard halter dress.
Indeed, her 2008 Christmas collection featured an almost life-sized leopard motif, which sold out in just 20 minutes after Kate was seen wearing it at a Vivienne Westwood show.
She said of the design: 'The leopard dress is one of my favourites as it was taken from a tee I used to wear all the time as a teenager and we've reinvented it for now!'
