The Australian model posted her own image with the caption 'you make my heart sing'

Gibbs, who shot to fame on Australia's Next Top Model, had previously shared a montage of the pair together with the caption 'you make my heart sing.'

Reds fans will have to wait until next season to see the English forward back in action but team-mate Joe Gomez is confident he will return stronger than ever.

'It wasn't easy for me hearing about Ingsy's injury because he's someone I am close to,' Gomez said.

'You wouldn't wish that to happen to anyone, especially someone you are close to.

'I know how hard he worked and how much he put in every single day to get back fit. Not everyone sees it.

The English striker has taken to social media to thank his fans for their show of support

'We were in at different times to the other players in the squad but me and him did all our rehab together. He didn't deserve that to happen.

'The timing as well when he did it - everyone was buzzing because he looked so sharp and so good. It was his first game back at Anfield.

'But I know that if anyone can handle it, it's him. He's such a positive person. I don't think it will rock him in the future.

'He will come back strong. He's doing his rehab and he's still upbeat around everyone like he always is.'
