While most reality stars would never allow themselves to be seen without makeup, Brandi Glanville was all too happy to pose fresh faced.

The 44-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off the results of a recent beauty treatment.

The former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star underwent a non-surgical facelift five weeks ago and wanted to show off the results.

The star, who revealed she will be launching a beauty blog, certainly looked great in the au natural shot.

Brandi captioned the photo: 'After my #Forma treatment at @lejoliespa which is painless skin tightening. A no makeup, zits and all pic! I will talk more about it in my upcoming beauty blog!'

The spa she was treated at also posted a snap and explained what she had done in a bit more detail.
