'Will you marry me?' Khloe Kardashian helps ex college athlete regain prior form and girlfriend on Revenge Body

Khloe Kardashian helped a pair of former college athletes regain prior form on Thursday's episode of her reality show.

The 32-year-old reality star provided trainers to ex softball player Samantha 'Sam' McCord and former football player Dexter Holman for a 12-week journey.

Sam during her initial meeting with Khloe revealed that she and her girlfriend Nicole both gained weight since getting together.

They preferred partying and drinking to exercise and Sam said she's gained 50 pounds while Nicole put on 75 pounds,

Sam also revealed they had not had sex in eight months.

She also revealed that she she's been embarrassed to be seen in public due to her weight gain and avoids eye contact.

'Oh, I've been there,' Khloe revealed as she recalled being overweight.

She added: 'If I saw someone, I would still look down, even though obviously they could still see me. But just not having the eye contact, I felt much — I felt safe by not looking them in the eye.'

Sam told Khloe how she gained weight when she started dating Nicole who was her first girlfriend.

'It was an instant connection, I mean, something I've never felt before. And so, we focused on doing fun things and hanging out with each other. I didn't realize all these things that we were eating and doing. I blinked, and I had gained the weight,' Sam said.

Khloe replied: 'Whenever people get into new relationships, I think that it's natural to get consumed in them. You kind of lose track of your own personal life and your wants.'

Sam was hoping that Nicole would lose weight with her to salvage their relationship.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also provided a trainer to former Coastal Carolina football player Dexter.

Dexter wanted to create a revenge body to get back at his father Robert who had been taunting him about being overweight.

During his initial meeting with Khloe, Dexter talked about being teased as a child for being overweight and for his man boobs.

Dexter explained that after losing his starting position in college his pro football career aspirations crumbled and he turned to food for comfort.

'Well I'm an emotional eater myself, because I've always been overweight as a kid,' Khloe told him.

She explained: 'If I was stressed out or sad, I would eat. It felt good and that was my form of comfort.'

'So I had to learn how to then put all my energy into something more positive and healthy for me, which is how I fell in love with working out,' Khloe said.

Khloe assigned Sam and Nicole to celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

Harley ordered them to walk 12,000 steps a day and put them on his Body Reset Diet that started with smoothies three times a day.

Corey chewed out Dexter for being late to their first workout and then put him through the paces.

Dexter struggled through the grueling workout and vomited.

He was considering quitting but Khloe gave him a timely phone call.

'You can't give up. I believe in you,' Khloe told him.

'And, remember you want to show off in front of your dad. You gotta believe in yourself,' she told Dexter.

Sam worked toward her goal of playing softball solo after a testy hike with Nicole.

Dexter also got groceries and a cooking lesson from Corey but the aromas prompted him to vomit again.

'I've never seen a grown man throw up as much as Dexter,' Corey said.

Dexter hit his stride at the six-week mark and Corey noted that he was 'a new person'.

Sam meanwhile organized a softball game with friends.

She gave a speech explaining that she gained weight and told her friends that playing again was her top priority.

'This definitely means a lot,' Sam said.

Sam looked in great form as she smacked line drives, ran the bases and slid into home plate.

Dexter dropped from 267 pounds down to 220 as he prepared to reveal himself to his father.

'My goodness. This is crazy. That's hard work right there,' Robert said upon seeing his son.

Dexter said it had been hard for him knowing that his father was in better shape.

Robert fought back tears hearing how Dexter had grown from the experience.

'I just want the best for you. I just want you to be all you can be. This is really the most beautiful thing I've ever seen,' Robert said.

Corey then surprised both by introducing Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman, 29, who played college football with Dexter.

'I'm speechless,' Josh said upon seeing Dexter's transformation.

Corey then put Dexter through the same workout that he struggled with initially and he finished strong in front of his father and Josh.

Sam lost 30 pounds and was wondering how Nicole was progressing since they decided to train separately and stopped seeing each other.

Nicole was blindfolded and then found out she was standing on the field at Dodger Stadium.

Khloe in a video message said she called her friend Magic Johnson who is an owner of the Dodgers and he opened the field for her.

Sam then climbed out of the dugout and ran to see Nicole.

'I'm shaking. You look amazing,' Nicole said.

Sam revealed that she lost 30 pounds and Nicole said that she lost 50 pounds.

Nicole then surprised Sam by dropping to a knee and asking, 'Will you marry me?'.

Sam burst into tears and said yes.

Nicole said she was going to stick to the healthy living.

'This is one of the best days of my life for sure,' Sam said.

An upate at the end of the show said that Sam and Nicole were still engaged and planned to marry in 2018.

Nicole also lost another 20 pounds.

Dexter also was still thriving and had lost another five pounds.
