She put on a very busty display on the red-carpet at the National Television Awards on Wednesday night.

And Casey Batchelor proved she can nail pared-back chic just as well, as she stepped out for dinner and drinks at London's Novikov on Friday.

The 32-year-old model's appearance came as she slammed trolls for branding her natural 32F breasts 'fake and ugly'.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Casey said: 'I've had people all my life give comments under the breath saying that my boobs are fake.

'Now I get comments on articles, saying my boobs are plastic, and you can see the misshape form the implants, I look 'ridiculous', 'horrendous' and even 'ugly'!' 

Casey, who had her 32GG breasts reduced to a 32F, added: 'My boobs are real and always have been, big boobs run in my family and even my mum has had a reduction.'

Meanwhile, she stepped out on Friday night, rocking a denim shirt and a multi-chain necklace.

Opting for a casual vibe, the former Celebrity Big Brother star wore tan suede boots and added a black chain-trim bag.

Wearing her long glossy tresses in a sleek straight style, the Essex native framed her eyes with a smokey eyeshadow.

Casey's outing came after she showed off her eye-popping cleavage in a floor length black gown at the NTAs on Wednesday.

Clinging to her every curve, the garment drew attention to her hourglass proportions whilst a racy front split also offered a look at her toned pins. 

Featuring buckles along the shoulders and sleeves, the dress also offered another cheeky glimpse of her enviably tanned complexion.
