And Lucy Mecklenburgh was showcasing the results of her intense training sessions and healthy diet as she holidayed with friends in Abu Dhabi.

The former reality star, 25, flaunted her fantastic, gym-honed figure in a bright orange bikini.

Lucy looked the picture of health in a series of holiday snaps uploaded to Instagram on Saturday.

She captioned one picture, 'Another day in paradise', sending her followers wild with envy.

Sunning herself by the seafront with a friend, Lucy can be seen sipping on a glass of bubbly.

It seems the statuesque beauty has been indulging in one too many cocktails, breaking with her usual sensible diet.

Posting another picture of herself rocking a white lace sundress and holding a glass of champagne aloft, she captioned the snap, 'Morningggg from Abu Dhabi!! Photo from yesterday's bubbalicious brunch deffo don't look like this today yyyy did I drink tequila.'

Lucy previously spoke to FEMAIL about her gruelling fitness and diet regime.

'I work out four to five days a week but I relax that if I've got a very busy week,' she said. 'I always mix it up otherwise I would be bored. Variety is key to keeping motivation.

She usually starts the day with eggs - usually a spinach and sweet potato frittata or scrambled with smoked salmon.

For lunch, she will have quinoa salad with a tuna steak and for dinner she loves courgetti bolognaise as well as sipping on peppermint tea and water through the day and snacks on fruit, almonds and edamame.

She admitted: 'I love dark chocolate with coconut after dinner.
