Paris Jackson calls for peace as she enjoys night at hotspot Catch LA... after defending explosive interview where she claimed her father was murdered

She hit back at chat show host Wendy Williams after she slammed her for her explosive interview with Rolling Stones earlier this week.

But Paris Jackson put that on the back-burner as she held up a peace sign while heading to celebrity hotshot Catch in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

The daughter of Michael Jackson, 18, opted for her signature hippie style in a multi-coloured cropped jacket, pastel yellow top and blue jeans for the outing.

Stylish sighting: Paris Jackson, 18, opted for her signature hippie style as she held up a peace sign while heading to celebrity hotshot Catch in Los Angeles on Saturday night

The up and coming teen star looked trendy in the figure-flattering top and ankle-cropped jeans, which featured a frayed hem.

A colourful backpack matched her eye-catching coat and she ensured to drape another heavily patterned jacket on her other arm for an extra layer of warmth.

A labyrinth of beaded necklaces dangled down her front, and provided support for her circular purple-tinted shades.

Paris' platinum blonde locks were unkempt and she opted for barely there make-up.

She seemed in high spirits as she sauntered along in her black converse shoes and flashed a peace sign.

Her appearance comes after an extremely explosive interview with Rolling Stones where she claimed that her father was murdered and that being raped as a teenager had lead her to multiple suicide attempts.

Michael's only daughter opened up on her belief that his death was a 'setup', explaining: 'He would drop hints about people being out to get him. And at some point he was like, "They're gonna kill me one day."'

She continued: 'It's obvious. All arrows point to that. It sounds like a total conspiracy theory and it sounds like bulls***, but all real fans and everybody in the family knows it. It was a setup. It was bulls***.'

Paris was just 11 when Jackson died from cardiac arrest in 2009 caused by a lethal combination of prescription drugs.

The pop star's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to four years in prison over his death.

'She has not made her mark on her own': However, following the interview this week, the scion of the King Of Pop had a bit of a spat with chat-show hostess Wendy Williams

Clap-back: On Twitter, Paris hit back at Wendy stating, 'she seems to think about the family a lot considering she makes all these claims about us. why are we on her mind so often'

Paris also revealed she was raped as a teen and opened up about her struggles with drug use and surviving 'multiple' suicide attempts.

She said a 'much older complete stranger' sexually assaulted her when she was just 14, after which she spiraled into the depths of depression and drug addiction.

The teen tried to commit suicide several times and managed to hide her self harm injuries from her family for years.

Her self harm only became evident in 2013 when she was hospitalized over a suicide attempt and it became public.

'It was just self-hatred... low self-esteem, thinking that I couldn't do anything right, not thinking I was worthy of living anymore,' she said.

'It's what they see': Responding to Jackson's statement that 'I consider myself black,' the 52-year-old said: 'Black is not what you call yourself. It's what the cops see when they got steel to your neck on the turnpike, okay?'

However, following the interview this week, the scion of the King Of Pop had a bit of a spat with chat-show hostess Wendy Williams.

'She has not made her mark on her own,' Williams argued on her eponymous programme during its opening Hot Topics segment this Wednesday.

'You cannot be on the cover of one of the most prestigious entertainment - and influential magazines in the world, and just be the daughter of, and tell your story inside. Sorry, you all.'

She continued on: 'You know, she hasn't made any music that we know of. She's done the modelling - I showed you the beautiful pictures - but she's not on her way; we haven't seen her in a Sassoon ad or anything.'

The 52-year-old contended: 'I think that this would be better if it came out at the time of, maybe, her father's anniversary of his death in June. Put a great picture of Michael on the front, and then - and then, on the inside, have Paris doing all the talking.'

Defiant: In response, Paris simply noted: 'well she didn't birth me so'

On Twitter the next day, replying to a fan who'd accused Williams of 'self-hating issues,' Jackson wrote: 'she seems to think about the family a lot considering she makes all these claims about us. why are we on her mind so often'.

At one point in the magazine, Jackson said: 'I consider myself black.' She claimed the Thriller singer had told her: '"'You're black. Be proud of your roots,"' and that she'd accepted it, thinking: '"OK, he's my dad, Why would he lie to me?"'

Williams hit back at the comment, stating: 'Black is not what you call yourself. It's what the cops see you when they got steel to your neck on the turnpike, okay? It's what they see. And, so - but that's cute, and good for her.'

Paris simply noted back in response: 'well she didn't birth me so'.
