Daddy's little girl! Jeff Lewis takes daughter Monroe for stroll over two months after welcoming her via surrogate with partner Gage Edward

He's a proud new dad. 

And Jeff Lewis shared a sweet snap of himself being every bit the doting father as he took his baby daughter Monroe Christine Lewis out for a walk on Sunday. 

The house flipper, 46, beamed as he carried his 13 week old daughter in a baby carrier.

Little Monroe was all bundled up in a star print beanie and long-sleeved top.

Jeff had his hands sweetly wrapped around the baby carrier as he smiled at the camera, wearing a black hat and long-sleeve shirt. 

It was just 13 weeks ago, Jeff and his partner Gage Edward welcomed Monroe via surrogate. 

The reality star announced the birth by sharing a photo of himself cradling and kissing his baby girl, who was wrapped up in blankets.

'At 4:22pm today, I grew up. Welcome Monroe Christine Lewis,' he wrote in the caption. 

The stars of the home renovation show Flipping Out tried unsuccessfully to adopt a child a number of times before turning to a surrogate to help them achieve their dreams of becoming dads.

The couple announced they were expecting on People last year, after being left 'heartbroken and disappointed' following a number of adoption attempts.

Jeff told the magazine: 'This has been a three or four year process for us. There were so many obstacles along the way, but there's a happy ending. I can't tell you how grateful and appreciative we are.'
