And Kim Kardashian has now sparked rumours that she is trying for baby number three after mysteriously sharing a fan's post about hoping to get pregnant. 

The 35-year-old reality star announced she has designed a children's clothing line with her husband Kanye West - after which she got tongues wagging - although swiftly denied she is already expecting.

Kim shares three-year-old daughter North and 13-month-old son Saint with her rapper spouse and it seems fans are keen for further additions to the West brood.

On Tuesday, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star opted to use North to model designs from her forthcoming kids range, with the adorable tot dazzling in a sweet yellow dress paired with a shearling jacket. 

After sharing the clip on Snapchat, in which the superstar offspring twirled and turned for the camera, Kim then took to Twitter to enjoy a mini Q&A with fans. 

One Tweeter, seemingly delighted about the prospect of the clothing line, penned a funny note reading: 'RT if you're getting pregnant in time for the Kim + Kanye kids line launch.'

In what looked like a heavy hint, Kim responded with a bevy of Emojis, complete with a series of laughing faces, an image of a woman raising her hand in agreement, a set of babies and a number of images of girls with their hair in pigtails.

As ever, her social media movements were watched by many of her eye-popping 49.9million followers, with one delighted fan writing: '@KimKardashian are you saying you're pregnant Kim??'

She then responded with an indignant: 'Def not' accompanied by another laughing face, yet the response did not dispel any interest over her trying for a child.

As Kim was left bereft and sobbing, her unforgiving older sister said: 'I start laughing at Kim when she's crying because I just can't help it, she has this ugly crying face that she makes.'

A fan also shared a snap showing North holding on to Saint in a loving pose, although Kim was quick to insist life was not as harmonious as it appeared at first glance.

Despite suspicions over the Kardashian-West clan's expansion, in July last year she revealed in an episode of KUWTK that she was reluctant to have baby number three due to a change in her intimate areas. 

Speaking to Scott Disick, the former partner of her sister Kourtney, she said: 'I was like: "I don't think I can carry another one". I just think: "Ugh, I'll never be the same down there." Kanye says it like feels the same.

'It's the fact that like something that big has come in and out of there. Things are just different internally. There's just like bumps and curves, you know what I'm saying? It's just not the same.'
