The Twilight alum looked relaxed and laid back as she was seen being pampered during her treatments.

The bronde actress tied her long locks into a bun as she rested some sunglasses on her head.

She wore a baggy white tee and some black Sweaty Betty Power Leggings for her day out in LA. 

Earlier in the day they star was seen stopping by the gym for a morning workout.

The recently engaged actress recently revealed that she has no rush to walk down the aisle.

When she attended the People's Choice Awards last week, the actress said to E!: 'I want to enjoy the engagement, and I feel like if tried to plan a wedding before the end of this year it would just get stressful. 

'I just don't want it to be that at all. I'm just going to enjoy it, you know?' she continued.

She said although she is very happy, both her and Paul Khoury are very independent and focused on their work: 'I think this year we really want to focus on our careers and kind of starting to build our life together.'

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty has two films coming out, the first is a comedy called Antiquities, which will be released later this year. 

She will also star in an actin, crime, thriller titled Accident Man, which she is currently still filming for.
