It comes after her husband refused to talk about the President during a press conference ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday.

Brady, who has known Trump for years and used to frequently golf with the billionaire businessman, said: 'I’m not talking politics at all.

'I just want to focus on the positive aspects of this game, my teammates and the reason why we are here.'

In November, Gisele denied that she and husband were supporting Trump in the presidential elections.

In a response to a comment reading ‘Gisele I heard you and Tom were backing Trump! Is that true??', she replied with an emphatic all-caps 'NO!'

Brady, 39, also said in November that his wife said he 'can't talk about politics anymore', adding: 'I think that's a good decision for our family.'

In September 2015, a reporter spotted one of Trump's Make America Great Again hats in Brady's locker.

The Patriots star said at the time that he hoped Trump would become president, saying it would be 'great'.

Brady, who is preparing for his record-breaking seventh appearance in the Super Bowl, said on Wednesday that he hopes his mother, who has been suffering from illness, will be able to watch him from the stands.
