Her ex Jason Hoppy was arrested and charged on Friday with stalking and harassing her.

And on Wednesday, Bethenny Frankel stepped out with daughter Bryn in New York City.

The 46-year-old was seen picking up her daughter from school, just days after news broke of her ex's arrest.

Bethenny, who held hands with her and Jason's six-year-old daughter, kept it casual in black and white sweats with a matching top and puffy jacket.

The reality star slung a Chanel purse on her shoulder while carrying Bryn's Frozen themed backpack.

The best-selling author covered her short brunette locks with a knitted beanie on her head.

Bryn looked sweet in leggings with a graphic T-shirt and a pink and purple colored cover up.

On January 17, Jason approached Bethenny outside of Bryn's school and told her 'I will destroy you,' according to TMZ.

The star was with her banker boyfriend Dennis Shields during the incident.

Jason also said: 'There's nothing you can do to stop me. You'll be sorry. You've been warned. She's pure evil,' reports TMZ.

The website said that she reported the incident to the NYPD and told the police that he calls her all the time on the phone and FaceTime; he also sends her hundreds of emails.

On Friday, the police arrested Jason at his Big Apple apartment.

He was charged with stalking in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree, according to an NYPD spokesperson who spoke to Dailymail.com.

Bethenny also secured a six-month restraining order from Jason, barring him from coming near her or speaking to her.

The starlet took her daughter to the Hamptons over the weekend; the mother-daughter duo then jetted off to Vermont for some skiing.

Bethenny was married to the pharmaceutical sales rep from March 2010 until they separated in December 2012; their divorce was finalized in July 2016 - three years after she filed for divorce.
