Stephen Baldwin's New York home is set to be auctioned off

Actor Stephen Baldwin's New York home is set to be sold off to the highest bidder in March. The veteran of 'The Apprentice' and star of crime film 'The Usual Suspects'. Back in 2013, Deutsche Bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit against Stephen and his wife, Kennya (inset), accusing them of defaulting on their loan by failing to make payments. Baldwin, 50, had originally taken out an $812,500 loan to purchase the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,071square-foot house in Upper Grandview in 2000. The couple were to pay nearly $7,000 a month on the mortgage. Baldwin stopped paying his mortgage in 2011, however, and at the time of the filing, he owed almost $800,000 on the loan, according to Deutsche Bank. The actor has argued that Deutsche Bank 'lacks standing to bring the action, as Plaintiff does not have clear chain of title for the mortgage and promissory note,' claiming the bank would not be able to produce the note for the mortgage. The actor has had a string of financial troubles over the years, most notably being charged for failing to file his New York state tax returns for multiple years in 2012. He eventually plead guilty in the case and agreed to pay $300,000 back in taxes and serve 5 years of probation, narrowly avoiding jail time. Immediately after their murders, Said fled from Irving, Texas and made an appearance on the FBI's most wanted list in 2014. Family members say the Egyptian-born father was obsessive about his daughters' virginity and believed western society was corrupting the girls. On the march! Adorable tiny turtles scuttle to the sea as they are released to begin a new life in the ocean

Amazing footage captures the moment 149 baby hawksbill turtles make their way to the ocean for the first time, after hatching on Christmas day near a hotel resort in Jamaica. Due to pollution and a loss of nesting areas caused by human expansion, the hawksbill is a critically endangered species. The charismatic creatures also have particularly slow reproduction rates and are often killed by humans deliberately or accidentally. As a migratory species they rely on the currents and warm streams to direct their movements, only coming together in pairs to mate. The clip showed beach goers forming a guard of honour on the beach while a man dressed in a Father Christmas costume led the sun-kissed festivities. The tiny turtles will take 20 years to fully mature and will make their way to nearby reefs where they feed on sponge found on corals. They return to the shore when they have sufficiently grown to mate.
