Style queen! Kelly Ripa sparkles in silky black dress and embellished heels at NY gala with hubby Mark Consuelos

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos put their best fashion foot forward on Wednesday night as they wore matching black ensembles at a gala in New York.

Style queen Kelly looked stunning in a black silk gown and embellished heels, while her husband of 20 years was dapper in a bespoke suit.

The Live! host, 46, wore her signature blonde hair styled into relaxed waves that fell around the high collar of her ankle-length dress. 

The morning hostess wore make-up that accentuated her high cheekbones and exquisite blue-green eyes and carried a large black clutch.

Mark teamed his well-tailored black suit with an equally dark tie and shirt and emphasized his chiseled features with a hint of stubble.

Also at the American Songbook gala sponsored by CBS at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City was The Late Late Show host James Corden. 

Corden looked handsome in a patterned suit, posing with gala honoree and CEO of CBS, Leslie Moonves.

CBS This Morning anchors Charlie Rose, Gayle King and Nora O'Donnell also appeared at the annual honors.

Gayle wore a sleeveless paisley number that perfectly complimented her coloring while Nora was rosy in a fitted dress with sequined floral appliques.

Charlie kept things classic in a pin-striped suit with blue tie as he posed with the gals.

During the event, several famous faces took the stage to celebrate the legacy of American songwriting and musical creativity.

Corden kicked things off with a rousing opening number and was followed by Julie Andrews, Carol Burnett, LL Cool J, Stephen Colbert, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw who all performed.

The yearly event, which began in 1998, is held in support of New York's Lincoln Center For Performing Arts and their annual American Songbook concert series.
