They've been together for almost nine years.

And Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana proved they were still in sync on Wednesday night with a coordinated red carpet arrival.

The couple arrived hand in hand for the premiere of Santa Clarita Diet in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old looked gorgeous in a flowing black and white leaf-patterned top and pants from St Roche.

Her 38-year-old fiance meanwhile complimented her in a grey suit jacket over a dark shirt and trousers.

The couple got engaged in August, after The John Tucker Must Die star proposed to the fashion blogger aboard a 50-foot sailboat as they cruised the Hudson river in New York.

The pair have been dating since 2008, with a brief break in 2011 before reuniting.

They were joined on the red carpet by the stars of the new Netflix show, Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant.

In the comedy series they play a married couple, who work together as realtors, and must hide the fact that Drew is an undead zombie with a hunger for human flesh.
