And on Saturday, Charlize Theron stepped out looking effortlessly chic per usual as she ran errands in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old actress opted for a plunging white sweater with a black ruffle neckline and a pair of dark skinny jeans for her outing.

The five-foot-ten stunner wore a practical pair of black flats for her day out.

The blonde beauty wore minimal make-up and pinned her tresses back.

The Oscar-winning actress finished off the look with a pair of black cat eye sunglasses.

Charlize traveled lightly with just a slim black leather wallet and her cell phone in hand.

The Mad Max star was solo on her outing, but she is mom to Jackson, four, and August, one.

Charlize adopted Jackson in March 2012 and three years later added to their family by adopting August in July 2015.

The South African beauty, who split from Sean Penn in 2015, has often spoken about how much she wanted a family and to emulate her own mother, who she credits with allowing her to discover herself and be successful.

After adopting August, Charlize, who has never married, spoke about how deciding to adopt children had given her a new perspective on life.

'I'm now at my most comfortable waking up with my kids, going to the beach and relaxing over a meal with friends,' she shared.

Meanwhile, Charlize appears to have lost the 35lbs she gained for her role in Tully, a film about motherhood.

In addition to Tully, which is currently in post-production, the talented actress has two more projects slated to premiere in 2017.

Charlize will play an undercover MI6 agent in The Coldest City, scheduled to be released in August, in addition to appearing as Cipher in Fast & Furious 8, which premieres April 14.
