She's a cool mom! Julie Bowen does handstands and goes jogging with her sons during outing at a park

 Julie Bowen is one fun mom.

The 46-year-old was spotted in Los Angeles on Saturday at the park with her kids doing a number of different physical activities.

Some of these included jogging, biking and doing handstands.

The actress stood on her feet with her son Oliver, nine, on a field of grass. And based on their skills, these two pulled it off pretty well.

Julie wore a black shirt with matching exercise pants for her day of physicality. 

She kept her blonde hair tied back and appeared to have a great day with her sons.

With more practice, Julie ought to get this handstand down perfectly.

She also donned a pair of sneakers as she straddled her legs out in the air to keep her balance.

With her hands placed firmly in the grass, she made sure to keep her core in check to achieve this pose.

Julie took a moment to wrestle with her oldest son who sported a white shirt with sweatpants.

His sandy blonde hair flowed around his head as his mom bent him over to kiss the back of his neck.

The mother also jogged with her twin boys, John and Gustav, seven, as they rode their bikes on the sidewalk.

Julie ran alongside her three kids as all of them got some good exercise outside.

The family also had a picnic that day in what can only be described as a fantastic weekend.

The actress has been married to Scott Phillips since 2004.

One of Julie's most memorable roles is for Claire Dunphy on the acclaimed TV series Modern Family.

She is also the voice for Queen Arianna in the Tangles series with Mandy Moore as the voice of Rapunzel.

The series premieres on March 10 on the Disney Channel.
