Hilaria and Alec also have son Rafael, who was not pictured.

Promoting her new fitness book The Living Clearly Method, the Mallorca native expanded on her workout regimen to the Chicago Sun-Times.

'I don’t have the ability to do work out every day,' said she, noting: 'I used to be able to do it every day, but now I have three little babies.'

Considering the fact, 'My obligation is to them first,' her modus operandi is to 'multitask as much as possible,' to the point she was lifting weights whilst on the phone, giving the interview the paper published Tuesday.

Occasionally, she says, time off from the exercise routine is necessary, inasmuch as 'Who hasn’t said: "I’m tired. I’m disconnected. I’m stressed out. I eat bad things and shop in bad ways?"'
