TOWIE's Danielle Armstrong parades her newly-svelte figure as she reveals she's lost a STONE in just 12 weeks

She's no stranger in flaunting her killer curves on social media in a series of sizzling selfies.

But Danielle Armstrong revealed she was feeling more body-confident than ever as she told her Instagram followers she had shed a stone in just 12 weeks while posting a weight-loss comparison snap on Sunday evening. 

The former TOWIE star, 28, posed for a before and after shot, telling her fans she had dropped the pounds after re-vamping her diet and overhauling her lifestyle after leaving the ITVBe reality show which propelled her to fame.

The TV personality posed in a figure-hugging sports bra, which teased a slight glimpse of her plentiful cleavage, while drawing focus to her newly-svelte midriff.

Completing her gym bunny ensemble, Danielle wore skin tight semi-sheer leggings, perfectly accentuating her long and lithe pins. 

The dramatic weight-loss was definitely apparent compared to the plunging white frock she wore in Palma, Mallorca, where she paraded her more curvaceous figure during TOWIE filming.

In a bid to teach her fans how exactly she managed to drop a dress size, she captioned the shot: 'Right so I thought I would share this pic with you girls as I know a lot of you have been asking how I have lost weight...

'So the pic of me on the left is me 6 months ago filming in Palma, I was eating at the wrong times and either skipped breakfast or had toast & cereal every morning. 

'For the last 12 weeks I've been having a shake, tea and aloe for breakfast and eating healthy lunch & dinner. 

'I'm not a huge gym kind of girl, maybe twice a week but for me starting my day off with good nutrition has been the best thing I've ever done.

'If any of you girls feel like you want to feel more confident in yourself and lose weight I'd love to help you. Just email me daniellehblnutrition@gmail.com.'

The inspiring snap comes just days after the blonde beauty shared a saucy Snapchat video with her new boyfriend, Daniel Spiller.

Danielle - who quit TOWIE in December - shared a seriously racy stream of clips which saw her rolling around on the bed in nothing but her lingerie.

Only wearing a bra and pale green nightdress, it seems the former TOWIE star was ready for bed, but cheekily declared her beau - who is a former Millwall and Gillingham midfielder - was going to 'get lucky'.

Danielle and Daniel have went public with their relationship in December after the reality star's final TOWIE storyline saw her tells ex James 'Lockie' Lock that she had met Daniel (who remained a mystery man at the time).

Danielle and James ended their turbulent romance in the summer, with much of the break-up playing out on camera during TOWIE.
