'I've known him for 30 years, I know him very well,' Tom began.

'He is sexist, he's racist but I consider him a kind of joke,' he said.

Tom added: 'I have friends that are real billionaires, that are real and I always considered him a phony about that.'

Tom previously made headlines in December, for claiming to have unreleased footage of Donald on The Apprentice, being racist.

According to US Magazine, Tom made the claims on Dori Monson's Kiro radio show.

While in the jungle, Tom also spoke about his short marriage to American actress Roseanne Barr, 64.

'We really decided to get married because one day we were like, nobody likes either one of us, we should probably get married,' he said, with the pair tying the knot in 1990, but divorcing four years later.

'We had a lot in common but it got crazy. She had issues she has been very open about, she's got multiple personality disorder. It's a real ting, I can tell you from living there,' he said.

'It's a fact that she had 27 different personalities. It was a complicated life and only two of her personalities liked me, that is not a joke so I would come home and there would be somebody that didn't like me.'

He said however that Roseanne made him go to rehab.

His comments came as part of a camp game, called 'jungle radio with Steve Price,' one of his camp mates.

The American is rumoured to be earning around $40,000 for every week that he's in the camp at Kruger National Park.

But fans have been quick to point out that his lacklustre display on the show so far has left viewers shortchanged.

Tom recently threatened to leave the show, complaining about the lack of food.

'I will go home. I will walk out of here,' Tom says to camp.

'This is stupid. To starve people. Feed us some f**king food. We're human. It's a TV show, not the military,' he said.

'We're not going to war!'

When Lisa Curry urged him to remember that people were 'suffering all over the world,' he continued to blow up at the other celebrities.

'That's bulls**t comparison,' Tom yelled.

'People suffered all over the world, that's bulls**t. This is a f**king TV show. I didn't sign up for this TV show to see if I could suffer as much as the people around the world. I mean, to use that as an example,' he added.

'Go home if you don't like it. Suck it up buttercup,' Lisa told him.
