Cr Moore noted that she had just been reminded, by Cr Gardiner’s reference to Trucking Yard Lane, that in the interest of openness and accountability she wanted to let Council know that she had recently been asked to appear as a witness at next week’s community court case on Trucking Yard Lane. Cr Moore said that a resident of the old Mulwaree Shire has requested her ask what rules apply to the Mulwaree LEP in regard to (i) a sub-division having to be determined by Council if there have been any objections and (ii) notifying the objectors before the meeting that the item is on the agenda? Welcome to the website for the Greens in Palerang, who comprise the Braidwood Greens and some members of the Queanbeyan-Monaro Greens local groups. These groups run joint campaigns in the state seat of Monaro, and together with the Eurobodalla and Bega Greens groups, in the federal seat of Eden-Monaro.
