Greens councillor questions & statements

1. Cr Moore said she also had it on her list to ask some questions about the Googong Dam and Defence Headquarters land tonight, and went on to say that, given that some questions had already been asked she wouldn’t repeat them. Cr Moore then said that as it was important to try to ensure that we were receiving all sources of revenue that we were entitled to, she was glad to hear the mayor stating last night that he would follow up on the Googong Dam rates issue, given that the ACTEW/AGL merger happened in 2000. Cr Moore then asked the GM if he could tell us whereabouts the ex gratia payments made by the Sydney Catchment Authority appear as income. (more…)

Welcome to the website for the Greens in Palerang, who comprise the Braidwood Greens and some members of the Queanbeyan-Monaro Greens local groups. These groups run joint campaigns in the state seat of Monaro, and together with the Eurobodalla and Bega Greens groups, in the federal seat of Eden-Monaro.
