'I know I'm the s***!' Mama June reveals she's half her size after undergoing SECOND surgery to remove excess skin post-gastric bypass

Talk about a transformation.

A now body confident mama June Shannon has revealed she has undergone excess skin surgery and is now half her size.

The 37-year-old reality star has told Radar Online that her weight loss is finally evident after she underwent the knife once again.

The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star underwent a gastric bypass weight loss surgery as part of her upcoming reality show Mama June: From Not to Hot but was left with pounds of sagging skin.

So the star - who has weighed close to 400 pounds - opted to get more surgical help, she told Radar.

'It hasn't changed my life dramatically. The only difference is that people are able to see the way I look now. 

'Before, I used to be told you couldn't tell when I lost weight. But now I know I'm the s**t and you can't tell me nothing!'

The mother of pageant queen Honey Boo Boo is laying low and not showing off her new shape until her show airs, but she says the difference post skin and weight loss surgery is dramatic.

'I've lost at least half of my body,' she said confidently. 'People said yeah that I look good, so I took it to the extreme like everything else.'

The star has changed her diet as much as she can - but says she is not ready to live off just salads like they do in Hollywood.

She told Radar: 'I haven't ate a lot of pasta [sic], no fried foods and baked goods stuff like that. I'm not perfect, but I do give it my 100 percent. Trust me, I'm not eating salads all the time! We do live in the South!'

Daughters Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson and Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Thompson have also benefited.

'The girls have lost a bit of weight too.' 

In a newly released sneak peek for the WE tv series sees the 37-year-old vowing to get down to a size 4 as she says, 'There is a skinnier person inside of me.'

'I know within time, carrying weight around, I could die,' Mama June says as she weighs in at 354 pounds in the clip.  

'This surgery is the scariest thing I've ever done but I mean there is a skinnier person inside of me,' the star says in the clip before undergoing her surgery.

But Honey Boo Boo looks fearful and isn't so sure her mom should go under the knife.

'I don't think you should do it... because I think you look fine the way you are,' the adorable little girl professes.

The short video also shows June working out to look her best and even obtains a drill sergeant-style personal trainer to help achieve her weight loss goals.

But it's not easy for the mother-of-four as she's also seen indulging in Ben & Jerry's ice cream, fried foods and loading her plate at buffet restaurants.

'I've been working out really hard,' she proclaims to her trainer.

'But you're sabotaging it with this!' he shouts back while holding up pints of ice cream and junk food.
