Cheeky: Speaking on The Graham Norton show, Tom Hiddleston recalled the moment his co-star Tom Hollander himself in crisis whilst they filmed The Night Manager in Mallorca
He recalled: 'Tom got stung by a jellyfish and he shouted across the beach, "I say old sport could you come and pee on me?" and I engagingly obliged.
'I’ve since read up on it and it don’t think it works – it’s an old wives’ tale.'
Tom went on to reveal that he had been picked on during his time in Eton, where he was ironically dubbed 'Piddleston'.

Waste of time: Happy to help, the Golden Globe winner revealed he wasted no time running over to pee, only to realise that it had no effect on him whatsoever
The Emmy-nominated actor began boarding at the £32,000-per-year school Eton - and despite having a prestigious reputation and having educated the likes of David Cameron, Damian Lewis, Prince William and Prince Harry – Tom revealed that he was picked on just like many schoolchildren.
He recalled: 'Very soon after I arrived I got the nickname "Piddle" and the boys made up the rhyme, "Hiddle Piddle did a widdle in the middle of the night."
'My closest friends still call me ‘Pid’ but it’s affectionate now.'
Cosy co-stars: Tom Hiddleston and Tom Hollander starred alongside each other in The Night Manager along with Hugh Laurie, Elizabeth Debicki and Olivia Colman
One of his famous classmates at the time was Eddie Redmayne, and proving they were both destined for a career in the arts, they starred alongside each other in a school play.
Tom recalled: 'I was in A Passage to India with Eddie Redmayne, who played the female lead. I on the other hand, played the front leg of the elephant he rode!'
Tom - who famously dated Taylor Swift - previously opened up on his time in Eton as he explained that being in boarding school helped him choose his career in acting.
Teased: Tom went on to reveal that he had been picked on during his time in Eton, where he was ironically dubbed 'Piddleston' but was quick to defend the prestigious school
He told the Daily Mail: 'I think I started acting because I found being away at school while my parents were divorcing really distressing. It’s only now I’ve got a retrospective angle on it.
'If you are at a boys’ school, especially, there is a level of bravado that you have to keep up otherwise you’ll get picked on.
'I was really quite upset, and probably very sad and vulnerable and angry. Acting presented a way of expelling those feelings in a safe place.’
Star-studded show: Tom regaled his hilarious tales to fellow Graham Norton Show guests Daniel Radcliffe, Joshua McGuire, Ruth Wilson, Ricky Gervais and Tinie Tempah
All smiles: Tom had his co-stars in stitches as he told them about his days on set
He added: ‘People think [Eton] is just full of braying toffs, who are arrogant and chauvinistic, senseless and ambitious, who are destined to run the country and steal all our money. It isn’t true.
'There are a few people like that but that’s one or two in a school of 1,200. It’s actually one of the most broadminded places I’ve ever been.
'The reason it’s a good school is that it encourages people to find the thing they love and to go for it. They champion the talent of the individual and that’s what’s special about it.’
