Last year she denied she had underwent a breast enhancement, putting her larger chest size down to hormones.

But Kylie Jenner reignited surgery speculation after posting a very busty selfie to her Instagram account on Monday.

The reality star, 19, shared a racy snap in a cropped white vest, and fans were quick to question her considerable assets.

Kylie Jenner posted this snap to Instagram recently that showed off her ample assets - she looked smokin' hot!

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is known for the reality show, but she's now even more known for her clothing lines and cosmetics. The 19 year old propelled herself into the business world with her lip kits as well as her Kylie shop clothing and of course Kendall + Kylie collections.

Kylie has frequently come under fire for cosmetic enhancements including her derriere and lips - most famously when she persistently denied plumping her pout with fillers, before making a candid confession in 2015 that she underwent the procedure at the tender age of 17.

'I have temporary lip fillers, it's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do,' she revealed on her E! show in 2015. 

Yet in August she shot down the rumours in an impassioned rant on her website.

She said: 'No, people – I haven't gotten breast implants! Everyone is obsessed with that. Truth is, as I've gotten older, I've gained 15 pounds and my body has changed; I've definitely filled out.' 

Despite her denials, Mark Norfolk, the Clinical Director at Transform told MailOnline last month: ‘Looking at the recent images of Kylie, it would appear that she has had a recent Breast Augmentation.

'Considering Kylie’s weight hasn’t fluctuated hugely over the last year it is unusual that her breast size would increase so dramatically and in my professional opinion, I don’t believe that this increase in size is down to hormones as she is claiming.

'Kylie also looks to be around a petite size 8 so her breasts don’t seem naturally in proportion with her dress size. However, without seeing her in person, it’s hard to say for certain and as we are unable to see the outlines of Kylie’s breast there is a chance the increase in breast size could be down to a good bra.' 

When she last shot down her boob job rumours, Kylie insisted that her curvier figure is all down to hormones, tweeting: 'TMI but it's that time of the month lol.'

Kylie also assured fans that she has 'never' had a boob job, adding: 'They will deflate soon. And it will be a sad sad day.'
