The talented actress also spoke about her recent transition from actress to director: 'I just directed Black-ish, I directed Jane The Virgin, I directed Devious Maids,' she told The View hosts.

She went on to say that she's a good director because she's a woman: 

'Being a director means you have to problem solve and answer a lot of questions and juggle things at the same time, so really only women can do that,' she said to the women on the panel as the audience laughed.
