Andy Cohen sends Hoda Kotb a supersized Snoopy gift to celebrate the arrival of her newborn daughter

There's nothing like sharing in the 'Joy' of someone becoming a parent.

Hoda Kotb revealed that she adopted a newborn baby girl who she named Haley Joy on Tuesday through a phone call in to the Today Show, and already on Wednesday the gifts started coming in.

Bravo's Andy Cohen was among the first to send congratulations to the 52-year-old new mom, in the form of a massive stuffed Snoopy doll.

Though the television personality often shares inspiration quotes and messages with her many followers on social media, looking back now it seems the Daytime Emmy Award winner was trying to tell the world about this new development in the works for quite a while.

Some of her most recent images include quotes like, 'For all the things my hands have held the best by far is you,' which she shared on February 10, and, 'If not now... then when?' which was posted on February 9.

They culminated in the photo she shared on Tuesday, snuggling her baby girl with a digital frame that read 'Congratulations!' and the simple caption, 'My girl #haleyjoy.'

Hoda revealed the inspiration for her little girl's name was none other than the elusive Halley's Comet, which was last visible from Earth in full in 1986 and isn't predicted to return again until 2061, according to NASA.

'It was one of those things,' she shared. 'I just picture her sailing through the sky.'

Her daughter's middle name, Joy, is a reference to how her arrival had made the television personality feel since she came into her life.
