Little Mix scored their first ever BRIT Award on Wednesday night, picking up the Best British Single trophy for hit tune Shout Out To My Ex.

And Perrie Edwards was celebrating in style with her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, enjoying a big night out at London hotspot Mahiki after the main event.

The 23-year-old star marked the occasion with a loved-up picture, gazing into the footballer's eyes as they cosied up together.

Perrie looked incredible in her thigh-flashing dress, featuring a flesh-coloured panel at the waist and a quirky one-shoulder look.

The blonde beauty captioned the snap, 'What a night!, adding a love heart.

But it was her hand on stomach pose which really caught the eye of fans, many of whom descended into meltdown after falsely assuming the picture was designed to announce her pregnancy.

One fan enthused, 'Congrats!!!! Can't wait for the baby @perrieedwards !!!!!', while another posted, 'Are you pregnant?', and a third enthused, 'Y is she holding her stomach like that. What's going on'.

Not only did Little Mix scoop up their very first award at The BRITs last night, but they were winning in the style stakes too!

Perrie looked amazing in a figure hugging black dress complete with a peekaboo, sheer panel and racy leather straps. The frock is by designer Galia Lahav and although you can’t buy it online right now, click to the right to find your nearest stockist.

Perrie was also enjoying something of a personal victory with the win being over her ex-beau Zayn Malik, who was nominated for his track Pillowtalk.

The star sported the same ensemble she sported on stage while collecting her award with the rest of the band.

Perrie's hair was worn in a loose high bun while strappy gold and black heels added to the look.

Arsenal player Alex sported a black suit over a black top and moccasins with no socks and he kept his head down as he made his way into the club while looking immersed in his phone.

The duo were joined by Perrie's bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock who looked slightly more demure in a lacy white crop top, black choker and moss-green trousers.

The girls partied until 3am, with Alex putting a protective arm around Perrie as he helped her into their waiting car.

The duo's relationship has gone from strength to strength, with them recently going 'Instagram official' two weeks ago with a sweet photograph of themselves kissing in Paris.

Perrie's latest string of videos even saw her completely merge her features with Alex's with a sweet line using their initials saying: 'AxP'
