She has enjoyed quite the eventful week, after opening up the BRIT Awards with her Little Mix bandmates and later returning to the stage to accept their first ever gong.

And on Friday - two days after the glittering ceremony - Jesy Nelson was spotted sporting a triumphant smile as she jetted over to New York City from London.

Apparently excited by her arrival in the Big Apple, she quickly swapped her baggy bomber jacket and leggings for a sexy bralet with ripped skinny jeans as she showed off her rippling abs in a selfie she posed to Instagram.

In the shot, captioned 'Newyork Newyorrkkkkkk', the Shout Out To My Ex hitmaker displayed her tiny waistline and pierced navel as she posed in a luxury bathroom with her abundant curls covering half of her face.

Earlier in the day, Jesy and her bandmates Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock were given a roaring reception as they touched down at JFK airport, where they were met with balloons and congratulatory signs from fans.

The Touch singers kept a low profile as they made their way through the bustling terminal, especially Perrie, who covered up in a faux-fur trimmed coat.

Perrie - who celebrated her big win in style with her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and her bandmates at Mahaki nightclub - was looking a little tired after her flight.

Jesy beamed with delight as she arrived in style, clad in a casual sportswear look including an oversized silk bomber.

The 23-year-old star marked had set tongues wagging with a loved-up picture of her and Alex, gazing into the footballer's eyes as they cosied up together.

But it was her hand on stomach pose which really caught the eye of fans, many of whom descended into meltdown after falsely assuming the picture was designed to announce her pregnancy.

One fan enthused, 'Congrats!!!! Can't wait for the baby @perrieedwards !!!!!', while another posted, 'Are you pregnant?', and a third enthused, 'Y is she holding her stomach like that. What's going on'.

Perrie was also enjoying something of a personal victory with the win being over her ex-beau Zayn Malik, who was nominated for his track Pillowtalk.

The duo's relationship has gone from strength to strength, with them recently going 'Instagram official' two weeks ago with a sweet photograph of themselves kissing in Paris.

Perrie's latest string of videos even saw her completely merge her features with Alex's with a sweet line using their initials saying: 'AxP'

The duo are thought to have been dating since last November, but they are reportedly keen to avoid being defined by their romance.

Aside from her stream of hits from X Factor-formed girlband Little Mix, Perrie is still best known across the pond for her engagement to ex-One Direction star Zayn Malik.

He called off the engagement in August 2015, almost four years after they were first linked, and is now dating US supermodel Gigi Hadid.
