It has been rumoured that Amber Heard has been dating tech billionaire Elon Mask ever since she split from Johnny Depp last year.

And on Thursday UsWeekly confirmed the two are still going strong as the actress has been enjoying the company of the Pay Pal founder.

The couple - she is 30 and he is 45 - was seen taking in a movie together earlier this week in tech capital of the world, Palo Alto, California.

'They continue to see each other and hang out from time to time when they are in the same city. It is nothing new,' the insider said.

'He is too busy doing things like building a tunnel under LA and sending people into space to seriously pursue anyone.'

They were seen together in Palo Alto earlier this week where they took in a screening of Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth Sequel: Truth to Power, according to PageSix.

'Call it what you want. But they hang out and casually see each other whenever time permits,' said the source.

In July 2016, they were together at the Delano South Beach hotel in Miami Beach.

She was still in the process of splitting from Depp. She had filed for divorce in May and settled in August.

The split was ugly with her accusing the Hollywood icon of being abusive.

Depp seemed to be suffering financially since the split.

He sued his former managers for fraud claiming 'negligence and misconduct' and then they counter-sued him claiming his money troubles were all his own fault.

Earlier this year, The Pirates Of The Caribbean fired another assault across the bows of The Management Group (TMG) alleging their mishandling of his finances cost him $6 million in penalties and fines to the IRS between 2000 and 2015, TMZ reported Wednesday.

That is apparently in addition to the $25 million Depp says TMG defrauded him out of.

In legal documents seen by TMZ, the actor, 53, says he is submitting proof of TMG's poor handling of his finances to convince a judge to toss out the counter-suit against him.
