She's ruffled a number of feather joining the TOWIE cast for their upcoming series.

And it looks as though things still haven't been put to bed for show newbie Amber Turner as she exchanged a number of heated words with Kate Wright on Saturday, while filming in Essex.

The 23-year-old - who is best pals with Megan McKenna - looked effortlessly stylish as she bumped into Kate in her chic tailored white trousers.

The high-waisted pants highlighted her petite frame as she teetered down the street in her pointed nude stilettos.

Keeping to a summery theme, she slipped on a silk floral printed shirt which matched her leather blush tote as her peroxide blonde mane tousled in the breeze.

While Kate counteracted Amber's chic display as she donned gym gear for the meeting.

The usually glamorous star appeared to be wearing a dressing gown out, accessorising her look with a full face of make-up and Givenchy tote.

The tense conversation comes as no surprise as pal Megan McKenna opened up about Amber's arrival on TOWIE on Friday's This Morning with Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.

When asked about the blonde, the brunette beauty admitted her bestie has ruffled a few feathers in the cast. 

She explained: 'She's caused a big stir actually. When we went to Tenerife, there were a few rumours flying about and I think we've brought the drama back to Essex. It hasn't been easy.'

Meanwhile, Kate hit headlines recently for her reported romance with former England and Manchester United star Rio Ferdinand but has remained coy about the status of their relationship.

Previously, the Essex beauty dated her TOWIE co-star Dan Edgar for over a year but sadly they decided to part ways in 2016, with their relationship becoming the source of several explosive storylines.

Despite having briefly rekindled their romance on the TOWIE Christmas Special, they called time on their relationship once and for all before the New Year.

Still having to work with one another, Kate admitted seeing each other on set is 'really awkward'.

She told Ruth and Eamonn: 'It's really awkward. I just don't think it's a normal situation to see them everyday but we work together.

'We don't really get on but we sort of avoid each other as best we can when filming.'

Recently Kate also ruled out any chance of having another romance on-screen as she claimed having everyone watch and judge the situation put to much pressure on things.

The reality starlet explained to New Magazine she would be keeping any new dalliances under wraps.

She said: 'Never ever [would have a romance on the show] again. Too much stress, too much pressure.

'Everyone’s in each other business. You can’t breathe. You might have a row about ketchup and it turns into a crazy thing. I want to stay out of a relationship.'

Asked the secret to having a long lasting relationship on TOWIE she scoffed: 'Hello! I don’t know. I’m not in one! I don’t have a clue.'
