It's not quite Africa, but Kylie Jenner embarked on a safari in Malibu on Friday to celebrate the birthday of her best friend and assistant, Victoria Villarroel Gamero.

Accompanied by a few friends, the group headed out on a 'wine safari' in the Malibu mountains, where they sipped wine and came face-to-face with some exotic animals.

The 19-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted a photo of the group in their safari jeep, with Kylie sporting a maroon crop top, matching tights and dark sunnies for the outing.

Pucker up: The sexy reality star plants a kiss on one of the giraffes they encountered during their safari

'Adventures w the fam ✨,' she captioned it. 'Happy early bday @victoriavillarroel.'

In December, Victoria opened up on the reality star's website, TheKylieJenner.com, about how she landed her gig as Kylie's assistant.

'Five years ago, I started working at her mom’s company, Jenner Communications, and I would see Kylie there all the time 'cause it was her mom’s company,' the 25-year-old explained. 'They just took me. It’s work but it’s fun.'

And in addition to being Kylie's PA, the two are also firm friends.

'Victoria is more than my assistant,' added the youngest Jenner. 'We've really grown so close and I consider her one of my best friends. She's so cute!'

Kylie even helped plan her look-alike assistant's marriage proposal last year, by tricking her into thinking they were going on a road trip together.

Having a laugh: The group seemed to be in high spirits as they toured the scenic mountains during their adventure

'Congrats Victoria & Marco on your engagement,' she captioned a video of the proposal. 'I'm so happy I was able to be apart [sic] of it.'

The pretty employee has also spoken about the exact moment she realized she was more than just Kylie's assistant.

'We were talking, and I remember word for word. She said, "Close the door. I want to tell you my deepest secrets,"' she confessed. 'We just talked forever. I think that’s when we bonded.'
