Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed will celebrate their second anniversary on April 26.

And romance has not yet waned in the slightest way for the happy couple, who held hands on Monday in Los Angeles on a stroll.

The lovebirds beamed and greeted fans as they made their way to the Jimmy Kimmel Live! studio, where Ian promoted the series finale of The Vampire Diaries.

The actors stuck to their favorite styles, with Nikki dressed in a Bohemian ensemble and Ian in his go-to V-neck silhouette and jeans, but he added a blazer for a sleek touch.

Twilight star Nikki stepped out in strappy orange sandals with chunky block heels teamed with a billowing white skirt and ribbed tan sweater. The 28-year-old concealed her eyes with sunglasses and left her brown hair styled loose around her shoulders.

Meanwhile 38-year-old Ian didn't look much different from when he appeared on the comedian's late-night program in 2010.

The heartthrob actor shared a throwback photo on Instagram, where he donned a V-neck black shirt, blazer and jeans and thanked the host for letting him return to promote the finale of his CW drama, which concludes on Friday after eight seasons.

'Vision gets as blurry as this picture when our lips are this close...' he joked of their close encounter seen in an Instagram photo. 'Grateful you were crazy enough to let me back on your show to Talk Vampire Diaries Finale and @isfofficial and our bonus prize for my Omaze.com/Ian campaign. See you soon in an hour man!'

Ian, who shares four dogs, three cats and two horses with Nikki, also promoted his namesake foundation, which supports projects that impacts animals and the environment.

In another photo shared on his Instagram page, Ian is seen enjoying a pint of Guinness. 'Backstage at @jimmykimmellive - LOVE THIS SHOW,' the Rules Of Attraction star wrote.

Since 2009 Ian has played vampire Damon Salvatore on the CW sci-fi/fantasy show.

He met Nikki in 2014, and the animal lovers moved in together after only three weeks of dating, sharing an Atlanta apartment where Ian filmed the series at the time. Things progressed at a whirlwind pace six months later when they announced their engagement.
