And now Grant Jackson has become a grandfather at the age of just 36, and his wife Stacey a grandmother at 35, after the arrival of their son Corey's baby. The family received the best Christmas present of all when the 18-year-old teen and his girlfriend Taya welcomed their bundle of joy, a little girl, in the middle of December, last year.

In Monday's opening statements, the court heard how the fighter threatened to murder his former flame Christy Mack, as he mercilessly attacked the adult actress.

A woman infected with HIV was told by doctors she didn't need a test because being born in Australia meant her chances of having the incurable disease were 'slim'. After sleeping with a new partner Abby Landy, a legal assistant from Sydney, developed aggressive cold sores and, despite the rejection from medical experts, persisted by googling her symptoms which she found were 'terrifyingly similar' to HIV. After returning to the doctors several times ending up in the emergency department Ms Landy was faced with a frightening reality - 'the test came back positive'. When she ended her relationship with the man, Ms Landy said he sent her a sinister text message which read 'I hope you remember me forever'.

Video has emerged of a Gold Coast surfer readying to ride a large wave before being 'dropped-in' on by a dolphin. The dolphin suddenly emerges from the wave and launches into the air. It then provides the surfer with a freak body slam by landing squarely on top of him, shocking witnesses on the shore.

Thousands of furious construction workers have taken to the streets across the country to protest against the cuts to penalty rates and the new building code. The crowd, dominated by members of several trade unions including the CFMEU, gathered in Brisbane (left and bottom right), Melbourne (top right) and Sydney's city centre at lunchtime on Thursday. That's what Florida couple Bill and Yasmine Todhunter (both pictured inset) discovered on Friday after the cruise ship Equinox appeared to be on a collision course for their luxury $2.3 million Port Everglades home. Yasmine filmed the terrifying footage as Bill ran out to wave desperately at the oncoming ship - which he says stopped just 100 feet from his waterfront patio (main image). 'When the cruise ship thrusters stopped, there was silence and I yelled "somebody is going to get fired" and everybody on the cruise started applauding,' he told WPLG-10.

Last year, a team of explorers found this city. It has been 30 years since a 18-month old Jessica McClure was rescued after tumbling down a 22-foot well in the backyard of her parents' Texas home, and she is now opening up about her life three decades later in a new interview. Jessica is now 30, married with two children, and still living near her childhood home in Midland. Gone however is the $1.2million trust that had been waiting for her after the ordeal, lost she explains as a result of the 2008 stock market crash. The money means little however to Jessica after all that she went through at such a young age, and her ability to defy the odds and survive after a fall that would have killed most. 'I had God on my side that day,' she explains.

The newest trend in holidays is women going on mum retreats, taking time to relax in luxury tropical resorts while their partners and children stay at home. The mum-of-four said that women need time to relax without their children, and that her retreats are extremely popular.

Video footage, that has been viewed over 120,000 times, shows Allison Schieler, pictured, performing on a rotating podium. The 23-year-old from Queens, New York, learnt how to perform the tick as a child. The pose, called 'head sitting', involves arching the back and resting the buttocks on top of the head.

Not listening, not listening! A chatty husky made noises in an adorable video - and apparently tried to keep his owner from getting a word in. The talkative pooch, named Blu, is seen at the start of of the clip on a wooden floor near a box. A woman asks: 'Who did this? Blu, this is not your box! Why'd you do this buddy? Hey! Blu, why'd you do this?' Blu, however, yowls while the woman speaks. The video was posted to Instagram and captioned: 'I was trying to help dad by eating his box of car parts so that mom wouldn't get mad at him for ordering more car parts... instead, mom got mad at me! Go figure!' The video didn't indicate where Blu got noisy.
