Still rollin', rollin', rollin': Birthday boys Joel and Benji Madden grab lunch with Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst in Calabasas

Twin brothers Joel and Benji Madden met up with fellow rocker Fred Durst, of Limp Bizkit fame, for a bite at a Calabasas eatery on Friday, a day before the Good Charlotte hit-makers were slated to celebrate 38th birthdays Saturday.

All three rock n' roll rebels were all clad in hip, contemporary fashions true to their roots.

The 46-year-old Durst, famed for wearing a red New York Yankees baseball cap backwards during Limp Bizkit's salad days, sported a camouflage fisherman's cap with a black T-shirt with a graphic on it, khaki pants and red sneakers.

Joel wore a black padded vest by The North Face with a black T-shirt, black pants and a black cap. The UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, who celebrated his sixth wedding anniversary with fashion designer Nicole Richie in December, wore a pair of black Vans sneakers. The father-of-two rounded things out with a gold watch and light goatee.

Benji also wore an all-black outfit, pairing a jacket with jeans and black Vans sneakers. The musician, who just celebrated his two-year anniversary with There's Something About Mary stunner Cameron Diaz in January, sported a fuller goatee than his twin sibling.

In addition to their ongoing musical endeavors, the brothers have also been prominently featured down under on The Voice's Australian edition, though they'll be rotating out for the show's next cycle, as incumbent judge Delta Goodrem will be pitted against musical colleagues Seal, Kelly Rowland and Boy George.

Still pulling for the Yankees: Durst took the stage in London for a concert in December

Durst, a mega-star of the late 90s, opened up in a candid interview with the music publication Kerrang about the fleeting nature of fame, particularly in the music business, where 'it’s all about the new catchy thing, and that’s always changing.

'America is driven by record sales. It’s the home of corporations,' the Nookie singer said in 2012. 'We’re just Limp Bizkit, so we don’t know how to do anything but Limp Bizkit.

'But here’s the deal: say in 2000, there were 35 million people who connected to this band. Twelve years later, lots of those people have moved on. We were a moment in time and it’s over.'
