In Harmony! Normani Kordei and Val Chmerkovskiy leave LA dance studio with one week until Dancing With The Stars kicks off

She may not be that harmonious with ALL the original members of her group.

But Normani Kordei is hoping she and Valentin Chmerkovskiy can move in perfect unison when Dancing With The Stars season 24 kicks off in one week's time.

The pair were spotted on Monday leaving a dance studio in Los Angeles after a practice session.

The Fifth Harmony star looked fit and ready in a tiny pair of shorts and flat sole trainers, and a black zip-up hoodie.

The stunner went make-up free for training, leaving her masses of gorgeous curls au naturale as well.

In her hands she carried a cold and sweet beverage from Starbucks from some after dance hydration.

In an old school touch, she also clutched a CD, likely bearing some tunes she likes to move to.

Also tucked under her arm was a foam roller, suggesting the duo weren't just working on dance steps but core strengthening exercises as well, with a promise of some athletic maneuvers when the tournament gets underway.

Her pro partner meanwhile looked serious in all black trainers, jeans and a T-shirt.

On his head he wore a black baseball cap embossed with the logo of his upcoming dance show tour with his brother and DWTS rival Maksim: Maks & Val — Our Way.

Val has an impressive record on the show, with three third place finishes (Kelly Monaco, Janel Parrish and Ginger Zee), one second place finish (with Zendaya) and two mirror ball trophies, with Rumer Willis in season 20 and Laurie Hernandez last season.
