Calvin Klein cast a teenaged Brooke Shields in his 1980 denim ad campaign that had the tag line Nothing Comes Between Me And My Calvins, catapulting her to mega stardom.

And it appears as if the brunette bombshell, now 51, and the fashion designer, now 74, are still good friends as he stopped by her Brooke Shields Now Sirius XM radio show in NYC on Monday for a chat.

The beauty seemed to be full of joy as she hugged the silver fox on the red carpet before their interview took place.

Brooke hugged the fashion icon while wearing a high-rise pair of CK denim she paired her blue jeans with a fitted navy top.

The Suddenly Susan star turned to flaunt her backside in the form-fitting denim, while placing a friendly hand on the designer's waist.

Calvin looked sharp, donning a white tee and jacket which he paired with cool cropped jeans and sneakers.

At the satellite radio station's New York studio, the pair talked about all things fashion including the ad, which debuted back in 1980.

The advert was promptly banned by network TV stations, after the then 14-year-old Brooke flirtatiously asked the camera, 'You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing.'

ABC and CBS pulled the commercial in New York, for seeming to insinuate that Shields wasn't wearing any underwear.

The mother-of-two added yet another job to her resume back in February when she joined the Sirius XM team as the host of her own talk show.
