She's a busy model, actress and author.

But despite her fame Lily Collins still makes time for her mother it seems, as the duo were spotted out and about in West Hollywood on Thursday.

The 27-year-old daughter of Phil Collins kept things casual for the outing.

The leggy brunette opted for a long black sleeveless top, and a pair of mid-waist jeans which she cuffed at the ankle.

A pair of studded flat sandals completed her laid-back look.

Accessories included a black shoulder bag with a long silver chain strap and a pair of mirrored sunglasses.

A metal choker necklace and a longer metal pendant added a dash of bling to the otherwise simple ensemble.

Some nude lipstick and subtle blush made the young beauty glow.

She opted for a simple white pattern blouse which featured double breast pockets, fitted black trousers and a pair of low-top white sneakers.

Like her daughter she also wore quite a selection of necklaces, and carried a black tote bag.

Her own shades were tinted and oversize.

While the pair looked like they were enjoying the day together, the work reprieve will no doubt be short for Lily.

Lately, the second generation star has been busy promoting her book Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me which was released by HarperCollins March 7.

The Mirror Mirror star recently finished shooting sci-fi flick, Okja, with Jake Gyllenhaal, Tilda Swinton and Paul Dano. Later this year, she'll take the screen act in Halo Of Stars which will be poet Anthony Lucero's directorial debut.
